Dockstore Operational Deployment Timeline

Deployment of the dockstore has not been done in a while, and trained staff has rolled off. This may cause delays in fully deployed production shared services. In the interim, we will publish to the 'TEST' dockstore. there are no hard requirements on using the production version from a feature standpoint, so this is not impacting others work. We will accept the risk as we have a valid work around.

Dockstore deployment was very immature, many manual steps remain, and many dependencies specific to the dev environment. This will require some more time to get up and running in a repeatable way.
