Implement data deletion in U-DS

Based on ASIPS interaction with U-DS, they've identified a Use Case where they need to be able to delete data from our system (from the bucket AND the data catalog).

-Implement an approach/functionality that allows Users to delete their data off of both the S3 bucket and data catalog.
-Create Gherkins Test Case
-Add this capability to the documentation
-If needed, update unity sds client
