Description:

Test and if necessary update the CWL modularized DAG with an expanded set of use cases:
SBG end-to-end, SBG preprocess, EMIT and possibly others.

"Complete modularized workflows - be able to execute stage-in, processing, stage-out
(Objective: execute each modularized workflows independently)"
