[New Feature]: Airflow DAG for EDRgen

Description:
Create an Airflow DAG that will run EDRgen to completion and store the outputs on S3. The DAG needs to be triggered by the Unity initiators properly configured for a pair of (EMD, DAT) files. Could possibly provide examples of both CWL and non-CWL DAGs.
Complement with nightly test and demonstration of scalability to SRL and Section 398.
