Implement initiation of the DAG for EDRgen execution. With reference to the Unity initiators architecture here: https://github.com/unity-sds/unity-initiator:

Deploy Initiator SNS, SQS and Lambda in AWS
Configure the Lambda to invoke the Airflow or OGC API
Implement the Evaluator component as an Airflow DAG
