Demonstrate chained execution of EDRgen + RDRgen processing for SRL, possibly including a third DAG for vic2png conversion.
Scale up to 100s-1000s of requests.

We identified this as the next priority for the space use case. The goal is to scale to 1,000-10,000 concurrent jobs, using the smallest possible EC2 so to minimize costs.

Gerald gave a great demo at the Unity QSR on 4/24/2025. Next steps are to issue a PR and write a short tutorial.
