[New Feature]: Usability improvements to CWL DAGs #335

The user experience would be improved if we make these changes to both the CWL classic and CWL modular DAGs:

In the log-level drop down, don't show the numbers, only the text ("INFO", "DEBUG", etc.)
Remove the "Log into ECR" parameter, always log into ECR
