After using environments set up by the script, it is apparent that there are two issues with license acceptance:

  1. The auto-acceptance procedure for pipe y into the sdkmanager is not working. Presumably the first part of the command, before the pipe, isn't working properly since it isn't taking the up to the expected 90 seconds to run.
  2. $ANDROID_HOME appears to point to the incorrect location, causing all accepted licenses to be saved to the wrong location.
