Make the t2wml landing page to be more welcoming for new users #580

Use something of a full-screen landing/splash page with a welcoming graphic and a title + short description of T2WML as a product.

At the same time this page should allow users to quick-start working on their project by uploading the file(s) for input.

Instead of a static image we can add a gif of the table being annotated.
