Force the cusor to be at "Any thoughts..." when opening the page

Memos can be used either to add information, or to browse existing one way or another.

For the latter, this will go through scrolling, a search, clicking on tags etc. → not a predictable pattern.
For the former, though; it will always be "click on the new idea box and go from there".

Is it possible, in that case, to always have the cursor placed on the new idea box upon opening the page? It does not matter for browsing but would be very useful for adding data.
