This is a major breaking change so it'd need to bump version to v2.

  • link pull request to wrike issue if there is a permalink in the text (same as curently)
  • only transition wrike issue if the link is prefixed with one of the Github issues "magic words" (close/s/d, fix/es/ed, resolve/s/d)

This would make it unnecessary to disable transitions globally in the config (#30) and would resolve ambiguity when having multiple links in the PR description (#24)
