Custom SHFillRectClr implementation

Your taskbar implementation (ep_taskbar.5.dll) seems to use own implementation of SHFillRectClr API.
Original Win10 taskbar imports that API from shlwapi.dll.

Is there a reason why do you need to have own implementation instead of using existing API?

I'm asking because it causes compatibility issue with Open-Shell's taskbar texturing.
