%windir%\system32\control.exe is for opening the control panel, not file explorer. |

well ofc it is, but this opens the old File Explorer from Windows 10 in Windows 11. If you in cmd write "%windir%\system32\control.exe /name Microsoft.AdministrativeTools" and start using the explorer that opens you will see a difference. |

Ever since upgrading to windows 11 the file explorer has been buggy. It opens the URL-box when I copy the path, go in to another program, and then back to explorer. It also does not show length of mulitple media files in Details Pane, this is the most annoying change for me. Only way for me has been to open WIndows Tools and use this legacy Explorer.
Just tried ExplorerPatcher and it does not change the File Explorer, only some small changes to appearance it seems. Is there any way to use %windir%\system32\control.exe as the default file explorer?
