can you list the tweak software installed instead of showing an image? That doesn't tell us what 3rd party tweak software that is installed.

Is windows blinds included in the list?

Does it happen when you uninstall windows blinds?

@jtalion41116 try disabling WIndowBlinds, since it mostly causes these type of issues on the taskbar searchbox
