Particle overwritten by function

Functions can't be redeclared as particles:

CF f;
Model TMP;
  Particle f;
EndModel;
.end

test.frm Line 3 --> Name of particle previously declared as another variable: f

On the other hand, particles can be redeclared as functions:

On names;
Model TMP;
  Particle f;
EndModel;
CF f;
.end

 Commuting Functions
   f
 Sets
   TMP: 0

which seems like the check is missing.
