Subscribe sending time 0 on re-subsribtion

For some reason when subscription is about finish and re-subscribe .
On re-subscribe instate to send sane time as on initial subscription is sending 0 which cause issue to get NOTIFY .
console message is :
Fri May 12 2023 16:39:30 GMT+0300 (Eastern European Summer Time) | sip.subscribe-dialog | Timer N expired for SUBSCRIBE dialog. Timed out waiting for NOTIFY

is a bug ?
