Ability to change the location of the configuration file

I love that the cache directory can be changed! But I would also like to change $VFOX_HOME sorta speak.

Just being selfish, but I don't like my home directory being cluttered with a bunch of configuration, cache, or data files. With the recent push to configs to support sdkPath I feel like all that is left is configuration. Being able to check for an environment variable means it can default to $HOME like it does now. But if it exists, use that as the base.

I wouldn't mind trying to attempt this change, looking for VFOX_HOME environment variable. But wanted to see if this is a path you are willing to take!

That's great. I have also had this idea, but I just don’t have time to do it and the priority is relatively low at the moment. ;)

I'd love this too, or at least adding builtin support for the XDG_CONFIG_PATH convention
