[BUG]: Unable to select when using on GitBash

Describe the bug
If you use native GitBash, you cannot choose, eg. vfox use and vfox search

NOTE: It's not vfox's issue, it's pterm/pterm#616

Temporary solution

1. CLI item selection doesn't work property using Git Bash ionic-team/ionic-cli#2807 (comment)

The best option I found thus far is:
install the Microsoft Terminal
create a Terminal profile for Git Bash
run git bash inside the Terminal
All interaction will work as expected while still keeping the benefits of Git Bash 💃

If you have bash as a VS Code terminal, running interactive commands there will work also.
