Numbered lists does not conceal links

Altough bullet list and header conceal links, I could not make numbered to work. Is this a bug or I should set a variable?

This is a bug, the conceal should work equally in different contexts.

(Anybody wanting to take a stab at this, PR's accepted!)

I don't have the knowledge to fix this but I know that vimwiki/vimwiki has link conceal and it works in numbered lists, if that is useful somehow.
