S100102 and PCB v2B not working #822

Pump controller not lit or responding to button presses

Issue

The pump controller unit is completely unresponsive:

No LED indicators
No beep sounds
ESP powered, but WebUI fails to detect hardware, temp reading reads [abc]

Hardware Details

Model: S100102 pump - 2021 Vegas Air model (6-wire)
PCB Version: v2B
Configuration set to MIAMI2021 in hardware config

Troubleshooting Steps Completed

Verified and resoldered all connections (continuity confirmed with multimeter)
Tested with both H1A, and H1B configuration using 220pF ceramic capacitors and 560Ω resistors
Tried multiple hardware configuration settings, including those recommended for this model

Questions

The manual recommends 510Ω resistors for S100102 - would this potentially resolve the issue?
Are there additional diagnostic steps recommended before ordering new components?

Hi,

Not sure if it will make a difference.
Yes. You can run the hardware test. Easiest to reach from UI Menu/directory, the click on "links.html".
There is also some other features like .../inputs/ but it's more difficult to interpret the results from. You can post it here but and I can take a look.
