Bump generated dependencies versions in create-vite initializer

Sorry, you are right, @bluwy. Then it's probably some bug in deno, sincedeno -A create-vite@latest initializes project with vite@^5.4.8. I'm going to report it there. Thank you...

FYI, deno doesn't run latest versions unless specifically instructed to do so by --reload param denoland/deno#28148
