v19.0 is planned to be EOL on 6 March 2025 according to the original release date of v19.0.0 and the schedule published on https://vitess.io/docs/releases/#v190.

The steps to follow to EOL this major release are described in https://github.com/vitessio/vitess/blob/main/doc/internal/release/eol-process.md.
