[Issue]: Restoring param loses decimal point in Resize scale

Issue Description

When restoring last used settings using Restore button the parameter Resize scale in Second Pass loses decimal point, turning 1.5 to 1, 2.5 to 2, etc.

I haven't noticed any other parameters to suffer from this issue at the moment.

i cannot reproduce.
is this using standard or modern ui?
does it happen with restore button or with pasting original image?
