You can create an issue template on GitHub with

the options mentioned on above linked page; and/or
a link to above linked page.

You can also add options for different components of the website (UI, installation, etc.)

Furthermore, you can add a form with questions which users can fill out when submitting an issue.

This will make it easier for users to properly report their issue.
