Extract data used on knooppuntnet.nl

Love the site, and I don't really have an issue with the data, but I'd like to extract the data used on knooppuntnet.nl (so the routes and the knooppunten). I'm usually extracting data from Overpass Turbo. But the data I extract from there appears to be a bit messy. For example, I'm having some issue to locate the 'knooppunt numbers' from OSM. I'm using this query:

Maybe the clean data used on knooppuntnet.nl can be extracted from somewhere? It would be very helpful for me :)

The knooppuntnet logic retrieves all data from its own Overpass Api database. After analysis, the information is written to a mongodb database. I have made extracts from the mongodb nodes and the routes collections for you to download:
