Monitor route name with trailing space

The monitor route detail page cannot find the route details when the name contains a trailing space. Trailing spaces should be filtered out from the name when creating a new monitor route.

For now, the name of monitor route "Allemagne " has been changed to "Allemagne" directly in the database.
