Clean up Join conference screen

Subtasks:

• Remove join existing conference button
• Rename the Join to existing conference as listener to Join as listener
• Get current conference button is for test purposes (conference can be null), thus add comment near the button widget; eg.: "We need this button to test if getCurrent can return null"
• Remove Strings on the top of the screen (Dolby.io, …)
