Proposed steps:

Parse year information from the Kadaster collection, automatically or partially manual:
http://imagebase.ubvu.vu.nl/cdm/compoundobject/collection/krt/id/6743/rec/1
Map ubvu inventories from excel file by year.

bboxes from the tmk layers on gpzmaps should be good enough, note the half-size sheets
