How to apply conditional validations (for all validation rules) through the builder?

Is there a way to allow adding conditional rules for validations through the builder?

Currently, it seems that only the "Required" rule supports conditional logic. However, we need this kind of conditional behavior for all built-in validations as well as for custom validators through the builder.

Is there a way to add such conditions through the builder configuration?

We have discussed this in the email you sent so I am just making a note here that this is currently not possible in the builder, though might be added in the future.
