Appcheck with Custom Provider

What problem is this solving

Currently, appcheck in the nuxt-vuefire does not support custom providers. Only RecaptchaV3 and RecaptchaEnterprise.

Proposed solution

Add 'Custom' option in the appcheck config and a way to configure it
