What should be the correct behaviour when selecting and copying some text with ruby in a browser or e-book reader?
Currently, browsers behave inconsistently. I think we need to document the requirements before reporting this issue to browsers.

Good point. Together with other dynamic / UI behaviors, this is an important topic in jlreq-d. We'll discuss this hopefully at the next meeting.
