The guideline statuses on the wiki appear to be outdated. For example, "Harm from Motion" is listed as "Exploratory" in the sidebar and "Active" in the Guideline List, but it has a PR and is listed as "Pull Request" in the Status of Exploratory Guidelines (Google Sheet).
I'm not certain of the process for updating this, so I thought it was safest to raise it as an issue first before just editing it.

Unless things have changed, it's still exploratory. It doesn't move to developmental until there is a vote with some consensus.
