We need a current status for W3Develops something that can show current events as they are happening on a banner on our website. Comment with any ideas you might have to achieve this. My thoughts are to see if we can make something that can check our w3develops for activity on various sites and pick up and show them on a banner. Another possibility is to see if we can feed it through our announcements channel (i.e. everytime something is posted in announcements allow a banner to be shown on the site!) I think we should standardize start and end times in our posts to announcements so the site can know if it's still going on or not!

Great idea. Im going to start brainstorming and pass this on to othera for ideas.
