hero.css issues

1. when i open dev tools console window, the masthead gets cut in half for some reason and only shows half the masthead.

2. when the screen width is minimized the buttons go off the screen as well as the text

3. The animation popi n and fade in classes should be more fluid, so that they seem like they seamlessly appear instead of popping at the user

also the file needs to have a minimized file for it as well: hero.min.css and it needs a gulp task that minimized the hero.css to the min file when i type in the command gulp css in the terminal
