Wagtail 6.3 introduced a new Streamfield block type named ImageBlock: https://docs.wagtail.org/en/stable/releases/6.3.html#imageblock-with-alt-text-support

I've created a factory for ImageBlock in torchbox/wagtail-grapple#419 and it would be useful to have it available here.

I'll open a PR shortly.
