laracms/src/Handlers/UploadHandler.php文件，以及vendor/wanglelecc/laracms-framework/src/Handlers/UploadHandler.php文件中use Illuminate\HTTP\File
调整为use Illuminate\Http\File;
由于大小写问题导致图片分片上传时，提示class 'Illuminate\HTTP\File' not found
