Password secured redirekts

You should be able to protect redirekt with a password / account (if #11 is done). This could be expanded to 2FA or U2F protection to only allow one person to access them (which need to be stored for each person individually, #11). On the other hand, those redirekts may be encrypted to ensure security in the backend.
