Strange behavior mit external monitor (3rd screen) connected with HDMI

I have 3 screens on a Mac mini m4 pro:

• main Dell 32" connected with DisplayPort to Thunderbolt (main)
• LG 27" connected directly with Thunderbolt
• external Arzopa 2k screen connected with HDMI (external power source via USB-C)

it worked without any issues until today.

Once I connect the external Arzopa screen it doesn't find it anymore. Nothing happens.

Once I turn OFF (or uncheck one screen in the better display menu) the arzopa appears. Strangely when I then bring back the turned off screen the arzopa stays as well but it is not find in the settings anymore. It shows a screen but not found in Mac display settings or/and better display.

Do you have an idea what's going on here?

All connected but only 2 are shown:

LG disconnected (doesn't matter if Dell or LG) Arzopa appears and STAYS once I turn off the LG (or Dell), but it doesn't appearing in the Display list (screen shows, but can't reach it):

I managed to fix it by myself. I deleted the com.apple.windowserver.displays.plist file located in /Library/Preferences/ . It forced to delete all display settings. Had to start for scratch but the displays recognized correctly. Don't know why this strange behavior started. I assume the bug had nothing to do with the app, but Mac itself.
