Context-Menu error

I do become an error when I right-click on some file/folder in Sublime Text telling 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe4' in position 74: ordinal not in range(128).

The context menu won't pop up until I disable the Tortoise Package.

Version Informations:

• Sublime Text: 2.0.1 (2217)
• TortoiseHg: 2.4.2 (With Mercurial-2.2.3, Python-2.7.3, PyQt-4.9.1, Qt-4.8.0)
• (Subversion 1.6.7, but no TortoiseSVN)
• Windows: 6.1 (Build 7601: SP1) (x32) (Windows 7 / All Patched)

Same here, error: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 3-9: ordinal not in range(128), with TortoiseGit and windows 7.
