How to properly create custom plugin for run shell scripts?

Hi, i tried to make plugin for running scripts after compilation emit is done:

class NodeRunPlugin implements rspack.RspackPluginInstance {
  options: { script: string };

  constructor(options: { script: string }) {
    this.options = options;
  }

  apply(compiler: rspack.Compiler) {
    const pluginName = 'NodeRunPlugin';

    compiler.hooks.compilation.tap(pluginName, compilation => {
      compiler.hooks.afterEmit.tapPromise({ name: pluginName }, async () => {
        if (compilation.errors.length > 0) {
          return;
        }

        await new Promise<void>((done, fail) => {
          exec(`node ${this.options.script}`, error => {
            if (error) {
              console.log(`${pluginName} error:`, error);
              fail(error);
            } else {
              console.log(`${pluginName}: done`);
              done();
            }
          });
        });
      });
    });
  }
}

But in dev mode with each change this plugin runs more and more times

After the first change twice, after the second three times, and so on

In my case I have array of 2 configs in rspack.config.js, first includes this plugin, second is depends on first

What I am doing wrong?
