Cannot send chat message from web client

Issue Description: Cannot send chat message from web client with specific IP. When sending the message, I got You are not permitted to send chat messages. The error printed in the backend reads: [Dynmap] Ignore message from 'ip' - banned player (player name).

1. Open the dynmap web client
2. Send a chat message
3. Got the error

• I have looked at all other issues and this is not a duplicate
• I have been able to replicate this

you have linked your account before, got banned on that server, and are not allowed to type using dynmap.

This server didn't enable the login feature and the server didn't ban anyone. The player who sent messages is the owner of the server.
