Describe the bug

The getting-started project encountered an exception when running the npm start command. The exception information was ERR StarterBot Error: 14 UNAVAILABLE: Connection dropped.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
First, I started Wechat's RPA according to the instructions at https://github.com/wechaty/getting-started. It was normal.
Then I started WorkPro by referring to the README in https://wechaty.js.org/docs/puppet-services/workpro and https://wechaty.js.org/2022/12/23/introducing-workpro-puppet/. An exception occurred.
