Hi!

Thank you for developing CytoSignal!!

I'm wondering is there any way to output the result table, like the table containing the ligand gene, receptor gene, possible ligand cell type, possible receptor cell type , LR score and p value?

I have tried to look into the cytosignal object, but still cannot figure out.

Thank you so much!!

Hi, from what you've described, it seems unclear if you want to organize results by cell or by ligand-receptor (L-R) interactions. Can you clarify what kind of results you're looking for?

CytoSignal's main outputs are:

  1. A cell by LR interaction matrix with LRscores as values
  2. For each LR interaction, the statistically significant cells

Since p-value matrix is 100% dense matrix, we currently do not output p-values to save memory and storage usage.
All results showed in the preprint at the cell type level are generated from outputs above. If you are interested in the circos plot, we will provide function for it later.
