CDTS v5.0.1 - tag helper script error #98

Issue Description:
Tried to upgrade the CDTS from v5.0.0 to v5.0.1 which required upgrading the RuntimeCompilation version

Getting the following error for the templates:

The errors seem to come from the C# in the script tag helper
