It would be very useful to see how many [used/unused/orphaned] [chains/phrases/tables/instruments] there are in an .m8s project file

That's a cool idea. Something like m8 song orphans [--chains] [--instruments] [--phrases] [--tables] _(where if you don't provide any option, you get a pretty print of all of them (in a palatable way)?

Refining this into something even more useful: allow showing orphaned, unused, or used. If something is used: find where it is used!
