用的是玩客云，装了Casaos系统，青龙版本号是2.10.13，再新装不了
捯饬了很久Nodejs的依赖库能装上了，但是python依赖一直装不上，是如下报错。我以为是我的python是3.7.3版本的问题，于是我装了3.8.3版本，捯饬了很久，现在依旧是同样的报错。请问有没有手动安装的途径呢？
