4:30 PM CET / 10:30 AM US East Coast / 7:30 AM US West Coast. This follows the same biweekly schedule the WinterCG meetings had.

With WinterTC being part of Ecma, only TC55 delegates and invited experts can attend, so there's no public link. Delegates and IEs can find the link at https://github.com/wintercg/members-only. You can become a delegate or invited expert by opening an issue on this repo, just follow the issue template.
