Less has released a version 2.5.0. We should update our version.

It should still be compliant with older less version by setting the lessVersion parameter.

The 1.7.3 version used currently has random issues on Windows: check gruntjs/grunt-contrib-less#166.

We need to enforce that error extraction still work with the new version

Putting this issue back to the backlog as this new version is 'plugin' based, and thus require use to support these plugins (declaration + installation)
