forwarding as DM

in addition to posting below or getting the message sequence as dm @bj-rn has suggested forwarding directly to another user.
implementation would be straight forward parsing the command for another user handle.

There is, however, a security concern, since that would allow any user to easily 'spam' another one with undesired messages.

suggestions would be:

• only forward to a user, which has already interacted with the bot. meaning, already has a dm room with the bot. could still be to simple.
• users must be in the same room or even the same thread
• some kind of whitelist, user can whitelist other users to receive forwards from
