Showing editor view even if read only

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, editor view isn't shown if the document is read only.
So original markdown cannot be read and other members cursor who are editing cannot seen.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add editor view with read only mode.

Additional context
Disabling editing in editor function is needed.
